The Lem rune doesn’t start dropping until Act III on Nightmare, and you can get it from the Hellforge on Nightmare or Hell, and from The Countess on Hell only.Leveling as a Rogue with Dual Core, Twisting Blades, or Penetrating Shot The Shael rune starts dropping during Act V on Normal difficulty, and can be gotten from the Hellforge on Nightmare, or from The Countess on Nightmare and Hell. If you’d rather farm The Countess for it though, you’ll have to do so on Nightmare or Hell. The easiest to get is the Thul rune, which starts dropping during Act IV on Normal difficulty, and can be gotten from the Hellforge on Normal too. The Treachery runeword recipe, ‘ShaelThulLem’, only requires three runes, and they’re all fairly easy to find. You can also get a non-socketed set of Light Plate and add sockets using the Horadric Cube, or using Larzuk during Act V. The lowest level 3-socket body armor is Light Plate, which starts dropping in Act III on Normal difficulty, although you might be able to get it earlier in the Secret Cow Level. To make the Treachery runeword in Diablo 2: Resurrected, you need a set of 3-socket body armor to use as a base.
